SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

  1. Shipping is free for orders to be shipped within India.

2.Orders from all over India are processed within 24 hours. In general, jewellery takes around 7-10 business days for shipping and apparels require 12 to 15 days.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

  1. Please track your order through your by filling your tracking id in our ‘track your order’ section.
  2. Further if you face any issue regarding the order please contact us or WhatsApp at +91 887777722.

General Information

  1. Customised product will take additional time, around 15 days to prepare. Moreover, we only allow customization in jewellery and that too of change in color of the stones in it. Other products are not customizable.
  2. Customisation charges totally depends on the type of customization you want and on the
    product type as well.
  3. We do not allow Cash on delivery option. Only prepaid orders are accepted.
  4. Returns and exchange are not allowed.
  5. You can only cancel your order before the order is in process and shipment has not been generated. We do not allow cancellation of orders on apparels.
  6. Cancellation of customised orders is not allowed. Also, the amount of the order cannot be refunded or exchanged with another product.
